Welcome to The Studio Karaoke, where the mic is yours and the stage is set! Before booking or visiting, please review these Terms & Conditions to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.

1. Reservations & Payment

All bookings require a valid credit or debit card to secure a suite. Payment is collected at the time of booking or upon arrival. Reservations canceled less than 12 hours before your scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Gift cards, discounts, or promo codes cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used before their expiration (unless otherwise noted). Prices, availability, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Arrival & Duration

Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your scheduled start time to check in and get settled. Your reservation will be held for up to 15 minutes after your start time. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions if another booking follows.

3. Guest Conduct

We’re here for fun — but safety and respect come first. Guests must behave responsibly and follow staff instructions. The Studio is a smoke-free and vape-free environment. Disorderly, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.

4. Age & Access Policy

Guests under 21 are not allowed after 9 PM. Minors are welcome earlier in the day when accompanied by a responsible adult. Proof of age may be requested for alcohol purchases or late-night bookings.

5. Food & Beverage

Outside food or drinks are not allowed, except for celebratory desserts (cakes, cupcakes, or cookies). We proudly offer a menu of snacks, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during your session.

6. Liability & Damages

Guests are responsible for their own safety and for any damage to property or equipment that occurs during their session. The Studio Karaoke is not responsible for lost or stolen items, injuries, or accidents that occur due to negligence or misuse.

7. Payment & Gratuity

Tabs left open will automatically close with a 20% gratuity charge. Please remember to show appreciation to our amazing staff who make your experience unforgettable!

8. Updates & Modifications

The Studio Karaoke reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or facilities means acceptance of the latest version.
