Private-room karaoke is just for you and your crew. You’ll rent a fully-equipped, themed suite (aka, a “karaoke box”) for whoever YOU choose – friends, family, coworkers, classmates, etc. You choose the songs and the vibes; while we bring the snacks, cocktails, and top-tier service.
We have 5 suites that can fit anywhere from 1 to 18 people.
1 small suite: Up to 7
3 medium suites: Up to 12
1 large suite: Up to 18
For groups of 20+, you’ll need to reserve multiple suites or for groups of 50+ you’ll need to rent the entire venue.

Please note that full venue buyouts do include a minimum of 3 hours as well as a food & beverage minimum.

We do not have a food and beverage minimum unless you are doing a venue buyout for 50 or more guests.
No outside food or drinks are allowed with the exception of celebratory cakes/desserts. Be sure to bring cake plates and cutting utensils!

We have a full food and beverage menu for you to order from.
We do take walk-ins as long as there is availability. We highly recommend booking your reservation in advance – especially on weekends!

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your confirmed reservation start time.
If you’re running late, please give us a call! We have a 30-minute grace period. After 30 minutes, the no-show policy applies. The end time on your reservation remains the same.
Absolutely! All ages are welcomed until 9pm, then we become 21+. We’re also a great idea for a kids’ birthday party!
If you’re rolling with a group, you’re more than welcome to kick back and cheer ’em on — no pressure to grab the mic. But we don’t offer public karaoke where you can just pop in and watch strangers sing.
Please cancel as soon as possible. Reservations cancelled within 12 hours of your reservation time incur a 50% cancellation fee.
You can cancel your reservation:
- using the link in your confirmation email,
- by emailing us at hello@thestudiokaraoke.com with “CANCEL RESERVATION” in the subject line, or
- by giving us a call at 901-800-9417 and leaving a message.
We have a one hour minimum for reservations in the small or medium suites and a two hour minimum in the large suite.
Most parties book two hours, but consider how many people are with you who’ll want to sing and whether or not you’re ordering food and drinks. There’s no maximum as long as we’re open!
Yes! You can order e-gift cards online here. Gift cards never expire! You didn’t hear it from us, but we hear The Studio Karaoke gift cards make great raffles, giveaways, and white elephant gifts. 🤭
Yes! Our suites are large enough to accommodate a wheelchair or other mobility device. The accessible parking is located in front of MetroPCS.
Pets are not allowed inside the building or in your private suite.
No and no. Absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed inside The Studio. If you choose to step outside for a break, your reservation time does not pause.
A card is required to start your reservation whether you are paying separately or putting everything on one tab. Everyone in your party is welcome to start their own tabs when ordering food & beverages, even if one person is covering the reservation fee. The reservation fee can be split among each of the guests.
Please show your appreciation to our servers by including a tip on the value of your karaoke, food, and drink. They work hard to make sure you have an unforgettable experience! There is no automatic gratuity on your bill.
If anyone in the party does not close out their tab at the end of the party, there is an automatic 20% walkout fee applied to the card on file.
Yes! Check out our song library here. You can create a favorites list by entering your email and clicking the star to the left of the song title. We’ll show you how to add those songs to your queue when you get here!
On www.studiosongs.com, click the “requests” tab and add the artist and title Unfortunately, not all artists license their music for karaoke so we can’t guarantee we’ll get it, but will try our hardest and will keep it on our radar. New songs are added regularly though, so check back often.
You are welcome to decorate your suite with anything that doesn’t leave a big mess (like confetti, glitter, feathers, silly string, etc.). You can only use painter’s tape for attaching things to the wall.
Fees will be assessed for damage or excessive cleanup.
Poplar Plaza has dedicated on-site security, and The Studio adds an extra layer of protection with buzzed entry and video surveillance throughout the space.
