Catering Policies
What You Need to Know
Payments & Guest Counts
  • All catering is priced per person based on your confirmed guest count
  • The maximum capacity is 75 guests.
  • Your date is reserved by paying the event rental fee of $450/hour by invoice
  • Final guest count and payment is due 72 hours before your event
  • Late guest count increases are billed at the per-person rate + 10% late adjustment fee
  • Guest count decreases after the deadline will not be refunded
  • A 20% service fee is added to all catering invoices
Cancellations
  • Cancellations more than 7 days before the event may receive a partial refund of the rental fee, minus a $100 planning fee
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable
Food & Beverage Minimums
  • Weekday (Mon–Thu): $1,000 food & beverage minimum
  • Weekend (Fri, Sat & Sun): $1,200 food & beverage minimum
  • Minimum applies to food and beverage only, not the venue rental fee
